Avinoam Dayan, CEO Avinoam brings to
BrainsGate over 24 years of experience in leadership roles in various
environments ranging from start-up companies to global conglomerates. Avinoam
gained extensive experience in large corporations in his roles prior to joining
BrainsGate, including serving as the CEO of Biosense Webster (Israel),
after the acquisition by Johnson & Johnson, and prior to that holding
executive roles with Elbit Systems ltd. Avinoam holds an M.Sc in Science
Management from the University of Polytechnic, Brooklyn, New York and a BA in
Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Haifa, Israel. Avinoam
serves as BrainsGate's CEO since 2005.

Noam Levy, CFO Noam brings to Brainsgate many years of experience as a senior management member in several companies. Prior to joining Brainsgate Noam co-founded and served as CEO of Paycard Ltd., an Internet payment service company. Before that Noam served as CFO of Itamar Medical Ltd., a medical device company. Noam holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Noam joined BrainsGate
in 2007.

Eyal Shai, VP Stroke Eyal brings 20 years of
experience in the corporate medical device industry, in R&D, marketing, and
business development positions at the frontier of medical technology in GE
Healthcare, Elscint, and IceCure Medical. Eyal holds a B.Sc in Physics Suma Cum
Laude from the Technion and International EMBA from Tel Aviv University
(Kellogg-Recanati). Eyal combines exceptional analytic skills with extensive
system engineering and medical science fields. In his role Eyal was responsible
for the clinical trials design, analysis and publication. Eyal joined
BrainsGate in 2010.

Yoram Solberg MD, PhD., VP Clinical and Medical Affairs Yoram has extensive experience in the pre-clinical, clinical and business fields. Having graduated both his MD and PhD degrees Cum Laude from Ben-Gurion University, he has accumulated experience in neuroscience, and especially in the fields of molecular neuro-development and Neuroprotection. For the 6 years prior to joining BrainsGate, Yoram served as the founder and CEO of an Israeli software start-up company. Yoram joined BransGate in 2007.

Omer Ron, VP Operations Omer leads BrainsGate's Operations activities. Prior to her current position, Omer filled a series of positions in the Planning and Control department. Omer holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
